Shipping & Delivery
We ship with An Post and/or private courier companies Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year, excluding weekends, Irish public holidays (including St. Patrick’s Day March 17th) and official company holiday closures. If you place an online order over the weekend, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
If goods are out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of the expected stock availability date or suitable alternatives.
We offer free shipping to the UK & Ireland, and free shipping worldwide for items weighing less than 2kg. For heavier items a shipping fee will apply.
Orders sent via a tracked service will require someone to accept the parcel (and in some cases sign for it) and will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to accept the package between these hours.
If no-one is in, the package will be returned to the local mail or courier depot for collection. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to Soundzdirect, the postage costs cannot be refunded. If an item has to be resent an additional postage fee will be payable.

Privacy & Security
Soundzdirect Ltd. respects each individual user's right to privacy. Soundzdirect Ltd. does not collect personal identifying information unless such information is specifically and knowingly provided from users during contests, surveys, sweepstakes, giveaways, site registration, or use of public areas, such as Facebook or other forum.
Soundzdirect Ltd. may use aggregate forms of this information for marketing and promotional purposes. Soundzdirect Ltd. does not supply identifying information to other companies. We will use information for our own purposes including but not limited to email newsletters, unless the user opts out for such purposes by contacting us.
Soundzdirect Ltd. uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure. However, Soundzdirect Ltd. is not responsible for any breach of security. If a Soundzdirect Ltd. customer knowingly provides personal information, such as a name or email address, in a forum or other public service, that user should be aware that the information provided can be collected and used by third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of Soundzdirect Ltd.
Non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of Soundzdirect Ltd. Internet servers or through the use of "cookies." Cookies are small text files a website places on your computer's hard drive to recognise repeat users and facilitate the user's use of the site. Also, cookies allow a site to track usage behaviour and compile aggregate data for content improvement, targeted advertising, and marketing and promotional purposes.
ATTENTION KIDS: No information should be submitted to Soundzdirect Ltd. by children under 18 years of age without their parent's or guardian's consent. Soundzdirect does not monitor the age of its user audience.
Soundzdirect Ltd. reserves the right to change this policy at any time by posting notice of the existence of a new privacy statement. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
Returns & Replacements
You have the right to return any item unopened to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please be advised Soundzdirect Ltd. reserves the right to deduct the appropriate re-stocking fee at our sole discretion for any returned item that has been damaged or returned without all originally included accessories, or if the product is not fit for re-sale in as-new condition for any reason. If you wouldn’t expect a high street shop to take it back, please don’t expect us to either. If you purchase multiple items and as a result receive a discount or free shipping and are only returning some of the items in the package, your refund will be adjusted based on the actual price of the goods you are keeping, plus applicable shipping.
Shipping costs are not refundable except in rare circumstances and at our sole discretion. The refund will be based on the cost of standard shipping. Any item found to be defective on delivery should be returned with all packaging, accessories and identifying paperwork. Please contact us before returning any item that develops a defect, as warranty periods vary by brand and product and we need to make sure all reasonable trouble-shooting checks have been carried out before return.
Once we have confirmed that an item is defective, we will send a replacement item promptly, typically within three to five business days. If the item is out of stock you may have to wait longer or accept a refund or similar product instead.
We currently accept payment by PayPal & Stripe. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, you can do so through PayPal or Stripe. All you need to set up a Paypal account is an e-mail address and password and your credit or debit card payment can be processed with the added protection that PayPal provides.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging the details of your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products listed in your order.
We do not promise that products are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. Once we receive your order, we will check our stock for availability of the relevant items. If any product(s) are not in stock at the time of your order, you will receive an e-mail notification.
